Ratings and reviews

Ugly UX, frozen on last step of registration and keep showing error until I cleaned app data. Now says email is already in use. Chatbot is not even LLM, just shows links to help by keywords. Now need to wait for whole day if somebody will suddenly appear to install router. But so far looks like scam

It doesn't really work. It gives you information that is all. I couldn't set up payment without phoning as it kept saying there was an error. And now you tell me I cannot pay by PayPal any more after one payment. I couldn't transfer my number without phoning as the app just kept going back to the start. Your live chat kept closing before I'd finished my queries and I would have to start over again. So much of my time wasted. Your app needs to be much much better.

App starts fine but every creating an account it freezes before specifying the payment method. After I cannot register the phone number I already paid for because an account already exist. But when trying to log in it gives an error and doesn't continue. It seems cheap but if it doesn't work it's just a waste of money. Chat is a waste of time. Several times I hear they fixed it and I have to wait 1 or 24 hours. Still doesn't work. Feels like they hope it will fix itself. Terrible service!
