Ratings and reviews

App is full of bugs and pages that don't load, bug reports take a long time to get fixed (even major ones like scroll overflows), support is time consuming, unclear and they close the chat before the fix is confirmed. Do no recommend. The only upside that gets it a star is that information is not buried under 10 menus like other apps - they keep things accessible.

I've just paid through mbway and confirmed the authorisation etc. then I go back to woo app and it was still waiting for the confirmation then after that the app got stuck and it asks me to call support... I think I've been scammed I paid the first month as they asked and right after nothing happens....

I registered on the app but my data stopped working. I am trying to fix the problem and the app keep saying "were improving things, come back later" and there is no English support, you cannot use Google translate to translate the support messages. it's very annoying. I cannot data anymore.
