I registered on the app but my data stopped working. I am trying to fix the problem and the app keep saying "were improving things, come back later" and there is no English support, you cannot use Google translate to translate the support messages. it's very annoying. I cannot data anymore.

App is the single point of failure! the fact that you can't log into the account on the site and only via the app is a problem. That's because the app has bugs and I noticed it being down many times. Recently tried to enquire about a package, but alas...

It doesn't really work. It gives you information that is all. I couldn't set up payment without phoning as it kept saying there was an error. And now you tell me I cannot pay by PayPal any more after one payment. I couldn't transfer my number without phoning as the app just kept going back to the start. Your live chat kept closing before I'd finished my queries and I would have to start over again. So much of my time wasted. Your app needs to be much much better.
