I waited hungry at night with no proper updates or support response. If food cannot be delivered at night, the app should not accept orders. This is misleading and unreliable. One of the worst service provider ever. They not delivered food. After multiple followup, they refused for refund. I call them after reaching to the delivery platform, they told me to wait for a while. Once the train departed. I called again for cancelled and refund. I got assurance for refund but never received refund. Now they are making excuses. Advice - Do not trust on this application. if it fails to deliver then keep calling every hour.
