I've been using RailRestro for a while now, and honestly, it's been a great experience. The app makes ordering food during train journeys super easy and reliable. I ordered food through the RailRestro app, but even after waiting for more than 30 minutes at the station, I did not receive my order. I also did not receive a single call from the delivery person regarding the order. When I contacted customer service and requested a refund, I was told to wait for another hour while they checked the issue. I have already waited long enough, and despite trying to contact customer support again, my calls are not being answered. This is extremely disappointing.

I ordered from your app but faced a serious issue. The restaurant was showing items as "available" that were actually out of stock. After placing the order, I received different food items instead of what I ordered. As compensation, only a ₹30 discount coupon was provided, which doesn't match the inconvenience caused. This is misleading for customers.
