MicroLink is a new way to get around Raleigh. We’re a ridesharing service that’s smart, easy, and reliable.

When you’re ready to travel, book a ride in the MicroLink app and our technology will pair you with other people headed your way.

HOW IT WORKS.
- Book a ride by setting your pickup and drop-off addresses, and indicating the number of riders in your party.
- Upon booking your trip, you will be given an estimated vehicle arrival time. . The estimated arrival time of the driver will automatically update as your vehicle makes its way to meet you.
- When your driver arrives, please promptly board the vehicle.
- There may be others on board, or you may make a few additional stops along the way! You can track your ride and share your status in real-time from the MicroLink app.
- By riding this new form of public transit, you’ll be helping to reduce traffic congestion and save money on transportation.

OUR VEHICLES.
MicroLink is wheelchair accessible! If you require a wheelchair, simply toggle on “Wheelchair accessibility” in the “Account” tab of your app! When you request a ride, you’ll be matched with a wheelchair accessible vehicle.

Fuquay-Varina map shows I am in well inside the service zone but app says not in zone.... so something is not setup correctly.

Usually is fine but the hours posted aren't accurate. Says 7am-6pm but couldn't get picked up at 5:40 pm

Most of the services I'm trying to get transportation is saying it's not available. What's the point of the transportation if you can't come and get service me with transportation?
