Major problems with this. The zoned locations are extremely tiny and you can easily be "out of zone" unless you're directly in the downtown hubs. Otherwise, you can't use the service. Also, you can't use "prepaid debit" cards and you can only use major credit cards to use. To HRT, if people had major credit cards, they likely wouldn't need public transit! Overall, a completely useless app in desperate need of improvements. Moto G Stylus 5G 2022.

no longer reliable, it takes over 30 minutes for a driver to show up at your location, cuz they always sit at the last drop off location for 5 to 10 minutes before they take anybody else up. cars have been recalled in the past. no way to communicate with a driver, half the time when I put in my pickup location it puts me at a different location for the driver to pick me up and there's no way to let the driver know

Leaves much to be desired. Can't book trips if the 'seats' are full and every transit area is considered too far or out of zone. There should be a booking slot available as well as an increase in zones regardless, but it definitely fairs better to utilize Uber, etc instead. I hope this service improves.
