Major problems with this. The zoned locations are extremely tiny and you can easily be "out of zone" unless you're directly in the downtown hubs. Otherwise, you can't use the service. Also, you can't use "prepaid debit" cards and you can only use major credit cards to use. To HRT, if people had major credit cards, they likely wouldn't need public transit! Overall, a completely useless app in desperate need of improvements. Moto G Stylus 5G 2022.

no longer reliable, it takes over 30 minutes for a driver to show up at your location, cuz they always sit at the last drop off location for 5 to 10 minutes before they take anybody else up. cars have been recalled in the past. no way to communicate with a driver, half the time when I put in my pickup location it puts me at a different location for the driver to pick me up and there's no way to let the driver know

The ads say They'll pick you up ifyou live far from a bus stop and want to go to a hub area. I live 4 miles from the nearest bus stop ad thought this woud be a great service to use to get to and from the American Legion, where I might drink. Both my home and the American Legion are out of the zone. Where exactly in Chesapeake is inside the zone?! All the places mentioned in the ad are near sidewalks. If I lived near a sidewalk, I'd walk!
