Notes you leave for the driver are never shared with the driver. I left my exact pickup location for the driver, and the driver still couldn't find me. Pick up is always 30 minutes to an hour after you schedule to be picked up. Edit: app is nearly impossible to use, do to nearly constant crashing. Whatever shadow updates are being done to this app, are actually severely destabilizing it. I wonder what sadist thought on-demand service in Rochester was a good idea....

this app is very unpredictable if you're to be picked up at a specific location they refuse to do so! not to mention the price has skyrocketed from $1 to $3 and this is supposed to be for people who can't walk or do not have a vehicle. I don't recommend it at all!!! I called to complain because I had to cross the busiest street and there's no crosswalk! tell me how that is even helping?!! Again I don't recommend this service, you're better off without it!!🤬😡😡😡😡

It's full of bugs. Sometimes you click on the screen and the box doesn't work. And the submit buttons don't work. And then they give you an error when there's no error .... If there is an error then they error message is not meaningful. Please do yourself a favor. Do not even think about downloading this app. It's a mess
