The First Bank mobile banking app helps you to have control of your money anywhere and anytime.
You have your bank in your pocket without any hassle, you log in with fingerprint or face ID and you have access to all banking operations with just a few gestures.

What can you do with it?

You can open your First Bank current account directly from the app without a trip to the bank.
You have quick access to your First Bank accounts. You can check your balances and easily make transfers between them.
You can make quick transfers to friends or loved ones with just a few gestures, and for a simpler process you have the option to save and customize your regular payments.
You pay your bills quickly by scanning the barcode, or by selecting the provider directly from the app. You can easily confirm the payment by fingerprint or face ID.
Paying taxes, road vignette, or bridge tax is no longer a problem. You can solve them all from the First Bank application in the dedicated section (powered by ghiș
You save with every card payment through Pay and Save. Every time you make a payment with your card you can round the amount paid and the difference will be automatically sent to a savings account.
You authorize more secure and simpler online payments, 3D Secure, directly from the application with fingerprint or Face ID.
We have new features in development so it's good to have the application always up to date.
The application is available in both Romanian and English.

App has multiple bugs and issues, related to login and also if you try to open the app. Latest version just crashes completely without being able to open the app. Feels and works like this app was made by a 14 year old, to be honest, which is shameful, considering it's a banking app. Edit: reinstalling the app seems to fix this issue, however, trying to log in leads to an endless loading message that reads something about an "authorised device". Still unusable. Would give 0 stars.

After 4 months no change!!! The worst application!! One of many "specific issue": the 2 main utilities providers cannot be found in the predefined beneficiaries: ENEL, Telekom ...... I am a new user, since my bank was bought by Firstbank. I was surprised to see how many bad reviews it has. It does not have the possibility to send the transaction history by email in a single file (as we were used to in the old application) I have to download them one by one; I can no longer use more accounts on the phone, with the old application I could juggle between three accounts, I would very much like to find this function in the new application. ZERO star app for me, at this moment!

Cannot click any buttons in the app. Complete mess, unusable and very very annoying!!! UPDATE: I am on the latest version, you useless idiots (you can at least check that before replying). Since my previous review, I've attempted to reinstall the app and now I cannot sign in because I need to approve the sign in from the same device I'm now signed out of. Extremely stupid, extremely frustrating, I would rate it -100 stars if I could!!!!
