Very good bank, pretty good app (they allow rooted phones which is nice), but their website is awful to use. I tend to use my PC to do everything and their website is pretty bad; Its ugly, slow, confusing to use, and feels poorly slapped together (not being able to refresh/go back, constantly requiring phone verification making me scan my fingerprint 3 times just to change a setting, its hard to work with 2 bank accounts, errors dont provide any info like why cant i make a 2nd debit card, etc)

After 4 months no change!!! The worst application!! One of many "specific issue": the 2 main utilities providers cannot be found in the predefined beneficiaries: ENEL, Telekom ...... I am a new user, since my bank was bought by Firstbank. I was surprised to see how many bad reviews it has. It does not have the possibility to send the transaction history by email in a single file (as we were used to in the old application) I have to download them one by one; I can no longer use more accounts on the phone, with the old application I could juggle between three accounts, I would very much like to find this function in the new application. ZERO star app for me, at this moment!

I tired the top up function last month and it worked fine, now i got this error message {"requestError":{"status":"error","message":"duplicate transaction","variables":"request"}} I look at a way to contact support from the app but there is no option. The transaction was processed on the card and now I have no clear option of reporting the issue.
