Ratings and reviews

Great app from a technical standpoint, but when they missed a delivery late at night, after delaying it for hours, and lied about not being able to contact me, customer support refused to try to be accommodating, like retrying the delivery early the next day. Shame on the delivery person and shame on customer support.

Extremely poor on client support, if you have an issue, they will barely respond and leave things unresolved.

I have had a very good experience with Freshful and I will continue to use it on a regular basis. However, the app has had several crashes and you can't rotate it. Also, I hate the fact that the favorite list is very restrictive... I would want to make personal lists, like I am able to on the eMag store. Giving it a 5 stars, but more like 4.5 - 4.6 :D
