No solution. No water. But good customer service. I've had ongoing water issues because the Water Authority refuses to fix the main line. They keep telling me to call for a water tanker, but the driver is usually unavailable. Recently, they even suggested I close my neighbor’s valve to get water,which is clearly wrong and illegal. I’m not going to do that. The staff in Tabarjal (Al-Jawf) show no progress and seem uninterested in real solutions. Still, I have to admit the customer service 👍 💯.

I need water tank order but customer service is not good my account problem with no fixed customer support no good this 1 month more everyday customer chat customer service sorry 😔 why this is not good where owner check I have screenshot of please help me

This app is getting better; but not to the expectation of the customer. I have more than 15 water incidents report, though it seems that "there is always" an obstacle, and I still managed manoeuvring. But now I come to the conclusion that they don't want you to report any incidents PERIOD.
