Why the app isn't opening?! after uninstall/reinstall, however despite of several trials to access but not opening, not uploading reports, there's a technical issue , app isn't supported, the app requires more developer updates.

The app is terrible. It doesn't work on my Galaxy S23. I have to try again to register. I tried until I was exhausted. التطبيق سيء للغاية. مايعمل على جلاكسي اس ٢٣. اعد المحاوله للتسجيل. وحاولت لما تعبت
