I think this app is a fraud, I have purchased a product 11 days ago still not delivered and no one is responding the call and messages. أعتقد أن هذا التطبيق عبارة عن احتيال، لقد اشتريت منتجًا منذ 11 يومًا ولم يتم تسليمه بعد ولا أحد يستجيب للمكالمة والرسائل.

First of all, why do I need to download an app to track my shipment? After I downloaded the app, it crashed twice, and when I tried the third time, I could not log in to my account. It just said to try again later. I deleted the app and tried it again. It gives the same message try again later

This app has no English language option. I Can't find anyway. Very bad I don’t recommend this app anymore.
