This app leaves much to be desired. The only features I can access are the remote start & locking. I was expecting to see things like my gas level, tire pressure, etc. I have none of that. To compare, my husband recently bought a Toyota, he can manage settings for each key, get alerts if the car is driven over a certain speed or outside of a designated range. This is great if u lend your car to your kid or valet. Very disappointed.

Super frustrating app. Works about 30% of the time. My subscription is up next month and I don't see the point in paying $200 to only be able to start my car remotely every now and then. It's also much quicker for me to grab my keys and unlock the car myself compared to the time it takes to get the app opened and responsive. It's been reminding me for the past month that my subscription will be expiring soon but the link to go and renew doesn't even work. Don't waste your money

The idea is good but a company as large and luxury as Volvo, you'd think with the vehicle technology, someone employed by them could develop an app that works. The lock/unlock feature doesn't work a lot. I used to be able to start the car, now no matter what, It will not start the car any longer. Since they don't put remote start in their own keys, it's either be without since the app is trash or put an aftermarket remote start on the car.
