Formerly the “TL SimplyGo app”, the SimplyGo app integrates the key card-related features from the EZ-Link app and aims to provide commuters with a seamless experience for their transit ticketing needs and card-related services.

- View travel transaction history and expenditure of yourself and your loved ones, up to the last 180 days
- Receive alerts on low card balance* [NEW]
- Receive push notifications on your trip fares^
- Top up on-the-go for cards* added to your account
- Block lost travel card* and transfer value to new card [NEW]
- Submit and view transit claims status
- Apply/replace Concession card & purchase concession pass for SimplyGo Concession cards
- View Non-Transit Area (NTA) transactions* [NEW]

If card is in negative value, I will not be able to use card immediately after I top up. I will need to go to the nearest simplygo office to re-enable it. Can the app re-enable during top up. Why Simplygo make the travelling experience worst than Ezlink. New system should be the same as old system if not better. What a lousy initiative to downgrade the Ezlink system. Money all wasted to produce a lousy system and app.

Not recommended. The screen display on bus and mrt does not give any indication of successful tap between previous commuter and current commuter. User needs visual feedback too. The beep sound is so soft that i won't hear it. Please improve.

Tried to register my debit card twice and both times received error without specific information of the error. Charged me $$ both times to verify the card. While it's only $0.10 each time, they are still unjustified charges. Hope the $$ is returned.
