After the update, the new user interface is not customer friendly. Also unable to add new card information. Tried calling the hotline but was brushed off and told to keep uninstalling and reinstalling the app until it works. Staff refused to take down the error code and escalate the issue claiming that they could only do so if the error was replicated after the app was u installed and reinstalled after a few hours. Utterly shameful managment.

Unbelievably inefficient and incredibly backwards in terms of functionality and ease of use. The UI is non-intuitive, e.g. update, delete and adding credit cards. Cannot add new cards from the same bank. Cannot delete auto-top up unless presenting the actual physical card at the MRT station office (who carries physical cards anymore). Cannot change cards for auto-pay, same as above point. To reapply auto top up, need physical card to scan, eventhough card has previously been registered on app.

Can't even top up. Can't even add new credit card. Can't even see the latest remaining value, need to wait for few days to reflect. What's the point of forcing us to emigrate from Ezlink app to this especially when the useful feature of express top up is missing too. Top up app is supposed to save us the hassle of topping up at the machine. This app is causing headache instead.
