After the update, the new user interface is not customer friendly. Also unable to add new card information. Tried calling the hotline but was brushed off and told to keep uninstalling and reinstalling the app until it works. Staff refused to take down the error code and escalate the issue claiming that they could only do so if the error was replicated after the app was u installed and reinstalled after a few hours. Utterly shameful managment.

Just doesn't work. The app forces you to log in to top up your bus card, unlike the old version. But it won't allow you to log in because the new password confirmation button is greyed out (although it clearly shows the password meets all the criteria). Waste of time. Pity that we are forced to use this single app which doesn't even work. Hard to understand why they retired the old app which, at least, was working fine.

Terrible design. You have to register and set a new password. The second password box to confirm password is lower down and you cannot scroll to it. My phone font size is on the smallest. I had to call to the helpline for resetting card. They told me they can't help me cuz I need to log in and link to singpass. They also said other people have the same problem with the password box. Terrible design
