After the update, the new user interface is not customer friendly. Also unable to add new card information. Tried calling the hotline but was brushed off and told to keep uninstalling and reinstalling the app until it works. Staff refused to take down the error code and escalate the issue claiming that they could only do so if the error was replicated after the app was u installed and reinstalled after a few hours. Utterly shameful managment.

Just doesn't work. The app forces you to log in to top up your bus card, unlike the old version. But it won't allow you to log in because the new password confirmation button is greyed out (although it clearly shows the password meets all the criteria). Waste of time. Pity that we are forced to use this single app which doesn't even work. Hard to understand why they retired the old app which, at least, was working fine.

This app is extremely hopeless. What was the point of forcing the migration from tbe old ezlink app, when it only works to allow top up once via the app, and then constantly shows an error. The entire purpose of the app was to allow online top up, loons line I have to go to the train stations just to be able to top up a card. Honestly just bring the okd app back when this one is always showing error constantly for months
