I wondering if it's because the Polyclinic more prefer patient to call in for appointment or walk in instead. The appointment time slot were always fully booked even I had already login as early as possible, didn't have a very pleasant experience with this app. Not very useful too.

It's not a hub if a patient/user is supposed to know which specific department to make an appt with but your interface is not specific at all. I keep having to wait 2 days for an appt confirmation, only to find out its the wrong dental organization for my issue and all i need is a dentist.

Try paying my medical bill, complete the step, and it will show as pending; it will take at least 3 working days to be processed. After 3 working days, I checked the bill, and it appeared as not paid. I tried to pay again, and after 3 working days, it's still the same. So I tried again, and the result was still the same. 😭😭
