It's enormously frustrating that seemingly every time the app updates you lose all your saved profiles. And as a foreign resident, scan passport to create a profile does not work because it insists it wants a foreign place of residence (Singapore is not an option). Plus then when you re-create the profile for the upteenth time manually, you can't even copy and paste and have to enter everything manually.

Cant edit the traveller's information for some reason there is no option to do so and I cant even delete it. The app is slow, got stuck in a page and couldnt press Next. Using the website is much faster

Sally Ng
updated the app recently and tried to submit group application but cannot go to next screen even though I kept pressing it. All questions on current are answered, it just won't let me proceed to next screen after I entered the hotel details section. Screen just like frozen and glitchy.
