First time ever I am leaving a review on Play store (I'm that disappointed). You can only use Singpass to sign in for the first time after you have installed / reinstalled the app, making it extremely inconvenient for expats / foreigners, especially those who left SG and no longer have access to Singpass. Not one other single bank I bank with has such an issue. Well done Trust, keep going with all those gimmicks and neglecting the most basic customer need - account access

Highly recommend trust banking. Great for overseas transaction. Most importantly, fantastic customer service and support. I had issue with unauthotized overseas transaction and quickly reached out to their customer service via the app chat. initially I was worried as I prefer calls for such critical issues but their customer service agent provided quick concise instructions. Their follow up investigation and credit back of the lost amount was much smoother and quicker than I expected. 10/10

I give one star to show my disappointment to your customer service and account manager for closing my accounts suddenly. I pay the credit card bill on time. I provided the information your bank asked me on time. But your IT department is unable to receive my email. That leads to block my account. I will comment on the NTUC and Fairprice app also since I have signed up for this card because I want to earn link points. I will also write an email to NTUC and Fairprice. How to trust a Trust bank?
