The customer service experience was disappointing. The representative took approx 5 minutes to send just six lines of t&cs, yet the staff closes the chat in 3 mins. There is also no desktop app, which forces users to type quickly or risk having their CS closing the chat on u. For a service that deals with contractual terms requiring careful review, this feels unnecessarily rushed and transactional.Overall, the experience lacked the patience and professionalism expected of a customer-facing team

with the recent update, I realized I'm shown a cartoon 🐴, instead of the actual information when I'm doing paynow transfer! we want to verify what was transferred out and to show our recipients what transactions have happened?! how is it that such things are happening during a transaction?!

finger print detection page does not come on, and doesn't allow me to key in password. keep restarting without letting me do above. only occasionally it work as normal.
