don't even get me started on what the bank offers, the app itself is very laggy, it takes multiple times to try to login sometimes. when you login, you get redirected to the home page as if you were logged out, closing and reopening the app doesn't work. The extra star is for the fast and quality customer service that replies within seconds of submitting a request. Well trained customer service staff in attending queries.

I'm ok with their service and app features but the fact that it forces me to have notifications on so they force feed me imstant loan ads every day is egregious. The notifications categories in settings is either General or General, both of which need to be enabled otherwise you can't login. unbelievable

Latest: My Trust account was suspended. While the system initial blocked was fair, the human-in-the-loop understood but could not remove the suspension. It was risk migration. .... Tried to increase my credit limit from 1K to 2K. Indicated "non-employment" in the form, since the bank app provided such an "option", but the approval was denied. Fair enough. But soon I got an email stating my credit account will be suspended. For a credit risk of 2K!!
