I trusted Trust Bank until this happened. A failed transaction (clearly marked ‘rejected’) still resulted in money being deducted from my account. After multiple calls, chat and emails, there is still no refund and its been more than 90 days! If a bank can deduct money instantly but takes so long to return it, that raises serious concerns about their system and accountability. Very frustrating experience.

I had very bad customer experience. I want to do full loan closure with even pay the pending interest as per my current installments but they want me to pay 3 % early closure fee which is higher than my current interest for outstanding installments. I tried even to escalate but they still want me to pay monthly. this is a bad customer experience.

Do not use this bank. They block accounts with no immediate recourse. Granted i had multiple missed calls from the bank, I also reached out to them multiple times only to be told "we can only get the officer in charge to call you back" customer service couldn't do anything. This bank will block your account as and when they feel like it, only speak to you at THEIR convenience after blocking and dont provide and immediate line for recourse after blocking.
