I have been using trust card for some time and find that it is very convenient. Notice is sent for every transation, very efficient for me to keep track of expenfitures. understand this card can be used for outstation trips. I have never used it for overseas, so my question is, do I need to activate it for overseas usage?

App kicked me out 4x this week. Each time I had to re-login using singpass, key in new passcode & new trust key. the last series of the same occurrence happened 2 mths ago, where I lodged a ticket & they told me they'd investigate what happened. eventually gave me a call saying they didn't detect the same issue after the ticket was lodged & closed the case. no further explanation. 2 mths later (now) & the same is happening. crazy crazy. if it happens again repeatedly I think I'll close the acct.

My phone can't go into the app the moment the update was done, it was working fine before the update. The moment I try to open the app it sends me to the FAQ section stating something about ADB(android debugging bridge), my phone does not have ADB on, I have checked. Now I can't even excess my savings. Edit : Got a callback from one of the customer support staff and all I had to do was go into developer options to enable and then disable USB debugging for me to use the app again.
