App and service is good, but would welcome a detailed split of usage, also on a longer period, to be able to check back in some time. Also missing in the app a split of additional services usage like SMS parking, other SMS payments like lottery, competitions... And most importantly, why don't you send invoices for your service? I guess that's even required by law and just a payment by card or from an account is not sufficient bookkeeping, or?

Thank you for your feedback. We appreciate your suggestions as they help improve our services. We don’t issue invoices; charges are debited to your card. You can view your usage in our app. We’re exploring ways to offer longer-term, detailed breakdowns and clearer reports of additional services.

very simple design and easy to use. but smallest bundle is 4GB for 7 eur, it used to be 2gb for 5 eur before

We’ve improved Radosť, and that’s why Malá Radosť now includes a bigger data bundle – 4 GB instead of 2 GB.
If you want to keep the €5 price, just go for the annual subscription.

Help chat full of bugs, ENTER sometimes send message and sometimes goes to new line. If you switch from chat to scan ID, chat session is auto terminated. Same light condition, position and camera yet back of ID is ok and front always throws error - repeat. Process is not streamlined for web only operator and basically you are left with only one option: fill out the form so they can send you SIM via courier service. That is not "online only" unless pizza ordering is in the same category.
