They refused to cancel an autosubscription for December, during the month of November. I removed my payment method to avoid being charged for this service when I wouldn't be using it, and they continued to try to bill me everyday for a month. There is no phone number you call call, and no one you can get in touch with. Beware of this service.

cancelled my subscription over a day early, took a few hours to process which brought it under the 24 hour mark. was charged for a full extra month of service anyways. no way through the app to get refunded. terrible policy. edit: mopla has responded to this comment before they replied to my email. They have asserted it was because of their 24 hour policy, except I cancelled my subscription over 24 hours before the deadline. instead of commenting here, how about responding to my email?

Do not trust this app, STAY AWAY. Complete NON-SENSE. They are aggressively trying to force me to pay for a period where absolutely no service was provided. Worse yet, the contract they claim exists never actually came into effect.They tried to legally demand money anyway for a contract that never even went into effect! yet they are demanding payment and threatening debt collection for a service they never delivered. If you value your money and peace of mind, stay far away from this app.
