I've honestly really enjoyed this app. it's simple, helps you estimate when you need to sleep, warns you when you need to start to settle down, and overall a good app to try get the best you can out of your sleep

I've been using the web version for a while and am super happy there's an app version I use almost every night since my sleep schedule fluctuates heavily. Highly recommend! :)
