Ratings and reviews

When the app was Vance, all basic features like transfer receipts and live chat were available. Since it became Aspora, these features are missing. I sent an email over two weeks ago requesting my transfer receipts. Though I receive replies, every time a new person asks the same questions, and the receipts are still not provided. Also, the chat option is not working for me. I reported this issue as well, but haven’t received any proper response or solution. Please treat both matters as urgent

Very disappointing experience. I initiated a transfer to my bank account on 2nd June, and even after several days, the money hasn’t been credited. Support keeps repeating the same line about “priority” without giving any clear update or resolution. Other apps complete transfers in hours — this one takes days with no accountability. Unreliable and frustrating. I do not recommend using this app for money transfers.
