I am beyond frustrated with this money transfer app. When I needed to send money urgently, it completely failed me, with massive delays in processing. Despite trying to reach customer support multiple times, I got no useful help whatsoever. The service has been nothing but a source of stress, causing serious inconvenience. I expected a reliable platform, but this app is unreliable, slow, and not worth anyone’s time. This app is kind of fraud. Please don't install and use it.

**CAUTION** Please be careful. Your payment might get delayed. My first free money trasfer initiated on 26/10/24 got delayed & took 3 days to complete. I have uninstalled the app and never going to use it again because delayed payment has incurred me the personal loss. Not really liked the customer service process. No way to speak with them over the call. Chat and Email is the only way to get in touch with them and it's time consuming and frustrating.
