The app was working for me for a long time, but suddenly this week when I login, my aeon card was no longer showing up in the app so I cannot see my card balance or point or transactions. I un-installed the app and reinstalled, went through the registration process successfully and enabled my card. Then the next time I login the app again, the card disappeared again. I went through the registration process 3 times today, and the card just kept disappearing after it was enabled successfully.

I hate this app. Every time I want to make a payment, it will appear with a notification that the payment is being processed. Error 101. Do you know how troublesome it is? Then your people spam call me, message me that there are outstanding payments here and there. How do you work? Fix your app first!! Because of your app problem, I'm the one who has to deal with it!!

always having an issue during log in the app shown currently experiencing a service interruption every time i try to log in and pay. how am i supposed to pay if this app was mostly useless all the time i only got to log in when my payment is due! i don't have time to go to atm machine for transaction 😡😡
