The app was working for me for a long time, but suddenly this week when I login, my aeon card was no longer showing up in the app so I cannot see my card balance or point or transactions. I un-installed the app and reinstalled, went through the registration process successfully and enabled my card. Then the next time I login the app again, the card disappeared again. I went through the registration process 3 times today, and the card just kept disappearing after it was enabled successfully.

Topping up the wallet/card is such a hassle with the only option being online banking having to login with bank details. Please add more topup options like adding Debit Card or allowing transfer of funds directly into the ewallet from bank account.

keep mention User Pin Blocked for every single time I open the apps.. and not event single attempt to login. Already reset and change password, still mention User Pin Blocked.
