The app was working for me for a long time, but suddenly this week when I login, my aeon card was no longer showing up in the app so I cannot see my card balance or point or transactions. I un-installed the app and reinstalled, went through the registration process successfully and enabled my card. Then the next time I login the app again, the card disappeared again. I went through the registration process 3 times today, and the card just kept disappearing after it was enabled successfully.

The recent update of Aeon app has left me severely disappointed. If anyone is considering to use this app, kindly be reminded you will need to wait 24HOURS if you do bank transfer (few years back it is almost instant) for you to use the money in app . If you switch your phone and want to use the app, you will need to wait 12 HOURS before you can do payment. After contacting their customer service several times, I still can't get my money back. PLEASE DON'T DOWNLOAD THIS APP.

I hate this app. Every time I want to make a payment, it will appear with a notification that the payment is being processed. Error 101. Do you know how troublesome it is? Then your people spam call me, message me that there are outstanding payments here and there. How do you work? Fix your app first!! Because of your app problem, I'm the one who has to deal with it!!
