After the 12th July 2024 update, it went from awesome to troublesome. Now I had uninstalled it, but cannot re-install it. The 'new' app has asked me to re-register but no matter how many I tried it, it said it is unavailable. Now it sucks! I might have to look for other credit service providers after being with Aeon Credit Service for so long. I dunno why the need to fix the wheel when it is not broken. Now turned to be a 'disaster'

I've been using the app without problems for the last few years. The latest update prevents me from using it any more. It removes your account from the app and asks you to re-register, but wont allow me to use my passport information because my country isnt listed, DESPITE THE FACT THAT I SIGNED UP FOR THE MEMBER CARD WITH MY PASSPORT!

If AEON is nt ready to roll out new app, take it down. Don't waste our time & money keeping credit balances therein. If the new update and new UI requiring users to verify ourselves via SMS & email ALTOGETHER, pls make sure your system is able to trigger that. I've been waiting for sms for more than half an hour and it nvr arrived. And to emphasize, I nvr changed my contact number. In fact, the previous screen to this verification we're required to confirm contact number.
