Abu Dhabi Taxi is a user friendly application that offers the convenience of booking a taxi in the Emirates of Abu Dhabi “UAE” from your current location which is determined by the phone GPS.

• Request Taxi: Book a taxi immediately with your preferred choice of Taxi type and pick up location.
• Tracking Taxi Location: You can track the location of your booked taxi from the time of confirmation until it reaches the pickup area.

• Search for Places: User can search for any place in Abu Dhabi and even book a taxi from that location.
• User Profile: User can view and edit his/her details.
• Tariff: Taxi fare details of Abu Dhabi taxi.
• Favorites: User can now save and edit his/her favorite location. Bookmark your favorite addresses and experience an accelerated access for your future taxi bookings.
• History: User can view his previous booked taxi trips and details of the trip as well.
• Rate your Trip: Users can rate the Driver and the trips that have been made previously through history list.
• Map change: User can now view the map in different forms by changing the base map of the application.

Ratings and reviews

The App consistently fails to book me any available taxi no matter how long I wait, then 10mins later I receive a call from a confused Taxi who received the booking and is waiting. Meanwhile, I myself can't see it in the App, didn't receive an SMS confirmation and am therefore UNABLE TO CANCEL A BOOKING I NEVER RECEIVED so the driver is stuck waiting for me to cancel when I can't even see it on the app. I have had this issue for 4+ months now, PLEASE FIX THIS! The app was kinda fine before

The worst experience ever , the taxi app doesn't work most of the time . And the drivers aren't trained to use it at all . Don't bother even download it , it will waste your time . I tried it for a whole week and everytime I get to my destination 1 hour later . Its better for you to just stand in the street and wave at any available taxi instead of using this unoptimised app

I cannot register as new user. I have been trying for 2 days, but no OTP is coming. Surely it is not my phone's fault, it is regular Samsung. All other apps work perfectly.
