Spieglein turns your Android TV stick or television into a receiver for the screen
mirroring built into Apple devices. Just pick "Spieglein" from the Screen Mirroring menu
on your iPhone, iPad or Mac – and your screen instantly appears on the big TV. No cable,
no extra hardware, no account.
HOW IT WORKS
1. Open Spieglein on your TV – it shows a large 4-digit code.
2. On your iPhone, open Control Center, choose "Screen Mirroring" and tap "Spieglein".
3. Enter the code shown on the TV – done. Your screen is now live on the television.
FEATURES
• Wireless screen mirroring from iPhone, iPad and Mac
• Picture and sound are streamed
• A fresh security PIN for every connection – no accidental mirroring by others
• Automatic correct aspect ratio (portrait and landscape)
• Runs even on low-cost TV sticks
• No sign-up, no account, no cloud – everything stays on your local Wi-Fi
REQUIREMENTS
• TV/stick and Apple device must be on the same Wi-Fi network.
• Some router settings (AP isolation, multicast filtering) can prevent discovery.
IMPORTANT NOTE
Copy-protected content (DRM, e.g. certain streaming services) cannot be mirrored for
technical reasons – this is a limitation of the protection mechanism, not a bug. Normal
mirroring, photos, presentations, games, your own videos and much more work perfectly.
