Ratings and reviews

The app offers English language setting. However many of the translations do not fully communicate the message. Some trains you cannot use easy and I cash card, the mandrin version states this clearly. But the English version gives a broken confusing message. Getting on these trains by using one of these cards and without a ticket leads to a steep penalty. The app shouldn't offer an English version if it can't communicate meanings clearly.

I used TWRail app to check across all public transportation for planning and purchased tickets that are saved in my phone app. Worked perfectly! It had some learning curve due to how substation and main station were categorized. The stations are ordered in the order of arrival so clicking through surrounding stations helped to find the exact substation name.

Good app, easy to use, and friendly for English-speaking users. One suggestion: because the app menu contains many items, it would be helpful if the "Booking Ticket" option could be highlighted with a different color or font style so users can locate it more easily. Thank you.
