Very bad for international people, cannot create account, booked the based on ARC ID for ticket holder but when retrieve ticket following the ARC ID - "no result" even call service team also not found. My money just gone :)

BAD. The app is very bad in comparison to other services in Taiwan. There's an issue with international people making an account. The app won't accept Passport number or ARC card number. We can't download the ticket later because we don't have an account. I hope developer will look into this. Update: Still Not possible to download tickets. PATHETIC.
