Ratings and reviews

The app offers English language setting. However many of the translations do not fully communicate the message. Some trains you cannot use easy and I cash card, the mandrin version states this clearly. But the English version gives a broken confusing message. Getting on these trains by using one of these cards and without a ticket leads to a steep penalty. The app shouldn't offer an English version if it can't communicate meanings clearly.

Worked great. Put in ARC number. Used American credit card to book. UI isn't great but it worked. Only issue is not sure how multi ticket purchase work for mobile pick up. *Lol spoke too soon. Pulled up app at train station to redeem ticket but booked ticket no longer showed. Was able to get ticket still since I had my ID at the ticket desk. Thank goodness.

I used TWRail app to check across all public transportation for planning and purchased tickets that are saved in my phone app. Worked perfectly! It had some learning curve due to how substation and main station were categorized. The stations are ordered in the order of arrival so clicking through surrounding stations helped to find the exact substation name.
