About this app

We present a mobile application for fast charging of your electric vehicle in the YASNO E-Mobility network!

To start charging, you only need to follow 4 simple steps:
1) Register in the mobile application
2) Add a credit card (Visa, MasterCard) and top up your account with any amount
3) Select on the map the closest charging station and the connector you intend to use.
4) Connect the EV and press the "Start charging" button

For a more convenient search, use filters by power: 22 or 50 kW, connectors: Type 2, CHAdeMO, CCS and the availability of free charging stations. Then plan the route from the mobile app using your smartphone's navigation.

The E-mobility YASNO app also allows you to:
- create a list of "favorite" charging stations for quick access
- receive Push notifications about the end and beginning of charging
- track the charging process in real time, including: speed, current volume & price of session
- save your payment card in the application for further replenishment of the balance in 1 click
- analyze the history of each charging session: location, load schedule, time and money spent
- add your own cards or key chains to start and stop charging. To do this, you need to be near our charging station and follow the tips in the mbile app
- set auto-replenishment of the account, upon reaching the minimum balance
and more new features coming soon

Додаток постійно висить, не вдалося зарядити на звичайній зарядці type2, Львів, victoria gardens. Добре, що хоча би поповнив баланс на невелику суму.

Доброго дня! У разі виникнення питань пропонуємо відразу звертатись до підтримки за номером 0-800-212-333 або по ел. пошті: emobility@yasno.com.ua. Також перед початком зарядки краще перевернитись в статусі зарядного порту в мобільному застосунку, а саме зелений колір зі статусом "вільно" вказує на те що він справний та не зайнятий іншим клієнтом.

Встановив лише для того, аби сказати наступне. По-перше, назва цієї контори не співпадає з її діяльністю, бо прозорості у розрахунках з клієнтом немає. Минуло вже пів-поку, вони неочікувано вистаіляють якийсь незрозумілий рахунок у платіжці (488, 40+253,44-298,32+324,72). Відповіді контактного центру взагалі чудирнацькі, не співпадають однє з одною, спочатку каже, що заборгованість виникла за березень минулого року, друга вже міняє покази, каже що червень. То гельмінти, а не "ясно". 🕡🧿
