First time user. Accepted about 60% of 250 scanned CDs and then advised me a postage label would be emailed to me. Still no sign of this and I've emailed Customer Services 3 times without reply. Don't normally bother reviewing Apps but worth a try to get a response
Don't waste your time! I had 24 items accepted. Was given a date in which a courier was going to pick it up. Waited in all day for the courier. No one showed up. Waste of an annual leave day. Thanks Ziffit.
Great concept, but out of the piles of books I had only a few were accepted. The rest were not wanted. A complete waste of time
Told me that one box set CD was missing when it most certainly wasn't. This happened to be the most valuable item as well. Beware of this outfit, customer service worse than poor as well.
Better prices than music magpie! Took £30 from my music magpie order and I got £88 On ziffit. Very happy. Though they don't accept as much I still ended up with more.
It only accepted about 5-10% of all my books and CD's but it was a quick a painless process scanning them, plus a few surprises what a few were worth. Good coms on receiving and processing my items, it took nearly two weeks for the funds to be transferred via Paypal, but the full amount with no deductions. So 10/10.
