Awful. Didn't payout. The app is easy to use, I scanned 37 books in, boxes them up and they were collected by courier the next day. I then didn't receive any payment, I chased several times and was told they had made a payment to me, I only have 1 account and it certainly wasn't in there! After I asked for evidence of the payout they then started to ignore my emails.

Badly designed app. Can't see title properly, no picture or ISBN listed. When scanning the last book stays on the screen instead of letting you scan again. Payment details don't save so you have to type them in again every time. No loyalty bonus. Slow to pay out. Your main competitor does all of these things better. Only positive is they tend to pay more for paperback novels than others.

overall I would recommend world of books, understandably they don't buy stock they don't need but something I'd really love to see added to the app would be the ability to scan all my stuff and have an inventory list of sorts that I can then see when they would like things I am willing to trade in. EDIT This got added recently to the app so I can now have everything in a list and ready to add to my trade whenever. could use some wre tweaks to make viewing and editing the list a bit easier.
