Employer decided to change to this from a different app. You can't read previous carers notes other than for the tasks. You can't even read your own notes, but the office can. The office rarely see the clients, where as the carers see them every day. Handover hasn't been made easier and now they have to tell you everything that's happened on the previous shifts, and if you have a couple of days off, you've no idea what's happened because again, you can't see previous shift notes.

it takes ages to refresh the app. time consuming to log in. had to always switch my data off for it to open my appointments. viewing weekly rota is another pain. fix this please

App usually works fine but occasionally cannot sign in as it gets stuck "syncing". Very frustrating.
