Wont refresh When i open the app it doesnt refresh up to date so i cant see what i have left, sort it out ee, i know i wont be with you for my next contract, had nothing but trouble overall.
Launch, logo, stopped working! Guess it needs to be fixed, have managed to use it on old tablet but even then I have to launch it, wait, force quit and launch again. Seems poor. On my phone, see heading.
Reeeeeeeeally slow On 4G and I just want to refresh to see how much data I have left as I only get 4 gigs per month and it takes forever. It's got to be, what, one API call? I suspect it's just hanging but no feedback, no error message. Don't be coy, we know something has gone wrong. Tell us what to do; try again, try later, phone customer service...
Loading issues When I click on the app it never loads first time EVER. Then I have to exit and re open the app just to get onit. That's 10 seconds of my life wasted each time I have to do this and over my lifetime this will amount to hours of wasted time from EE'S simple issue that should easily be resolved.
Basically the worst official app in existence. Doesn't work in any way shape or form, simply asks again and again to register and fails to actually complete the registration process by never getting past the recognition if your own bloody phone number. The website has exact the same issues, I thought the app would succeed where it failed, how wrong was I? Three months into a new contract and still nit fixed, if you're thinking about joining EE, then Don't!
Poor On an orange plan when you try to add extra data it takes you to an area of orange website that isn't for buying data. Also 12 pounds buys you 1gig of data why does the app show 1000.0 GB of data. It should show 1000.0 MB of data. If only 12 pounds did get u 1000gb of data......
