EE App LATEST UPDATE WORKS FINE 12. 01. 2017 make sure your phone has the latest software, have you got all functions closed that you dont need. set up your EE account on your PC first then use same log in details with this app then use the app to arrange sim swops upgrade eligibility unlocking requests etc. When is my upgrade due text UP to 150 for your date dont forget to scroll down on parts your looking at cmon its not difficult
Somethings gone wrong. We're tryna fix it. That's all a get when I boot up the app, n its been like that since the new UI update. Soooooo, sup wit that tho? Can u explain that ish to me or nah. The old app wos fine man, y *uck it up?
Great Great app, works fine. I have a direct debit set up, I just check how much is coming out (£28 for my 1gb data, unlimited texts and 750 minutes) that's all I use it for.. Dunno why people are complaining.. Using Samsung a5 2016 :L works fine. Try reinstalling. And set up direct debit.
Old app was better Not sure what the point of this app is now, after the long process of loging in i can see my bill but to pay it I have open a web browser log in all over again review my bill then enter card details review again payment details the confirm.. What was that 3 or maybe 4 screens later and how ever many clicks paid. May as well just delete the app and book mark the ee page in my browser as the app is just a waist of space now
What's App!? The old App worked *and* provided useful functions, the new App took all the good stuff away then refused to work at all. Yes I do have the latest Android operating system! This, along with other issues, means I'll be looking for another service provider when my contract is up for renewal.
Updated Version doesn't work. Title says it all - as many others have already posted, all I get since December is the "Some thing's wrong" message. If I roll the app back (I can't uninstall it as it's a bundled app) it starts OK but tells me I need to update to the latest version. Either fix it or pull it EE, but do something.
