Want to get the most from your allowance? No problem. Use Data Gifting to move data between your family’s EE plans quickly and conveniently.

WiFi Controls
If you’ve got a new EE Broadband package, you can fine-tune your connectivity with WiFi Controls—straight from the app. WiFi Enhancer lets you activate Work Mode and Game Mode, so you can be sure you’re maximising your connection’s potential.

Parental Controls
You can keep everyone safe online with Parental Controls, and easily set controls on what the kids have access to online. And, because every child is different, you can tailor access at device or profile level.

Digital Assistance

Ratings and reviews

The app is worthless, never works, always crashing... Don't waste your time downloading, it will not work. What is the point of having the best coverage around when you are not even managing to make a simple app work. Can't do anything on the app before crashing and lost time again logging into a website. Worst app from all my other networks

I can't quite describe how bad this app this. When it works it's fine but after the last update I went to login and it's trapped me in loop. I've cleared cache, data, uninstalled and reinstalled and nothing works. I setup parental controls and paused wifi to a group of devices in the app which remain paused and I cannot get into app to unpause them so I basically have no service to half my house. I hard reset the router to factory settings thinking that will clear the controls but alas, no joy

The app forgets the user profile and requires a new login. But you can't log in if you're abroad, you won't receive an SMS with the passcode. Logging in via browser requires entering a passcode sent via email, which it doesn't send. After three attempts, you'll be blocked from accessing it and won't be able to do anything, contacting customer service requires logging in. EE help page gives you only the option to visit a showroom. This company offers solutions straight out of the last century.

What’s new

In this release, we’ve made things much simpler for our Pay As You Go customers. Your Plans page in the EE app has had a big refresh, with a clean new tile layout that lets you see everything at a glance — your current plan, your credit, add‑ons, top‑ups, allowances and more. Just head to the homepage or Manage hub in the EE app to check it out. Make sure you’re using the latest version of the app to enjoy these improvements.
