It simply says sorry our fault try again, ive uninstalled it reinstalled it, it worked until update. Absolute Pants, ee no help either, they just say. Some customers are having problems with update were working on it. According to others & what I've read, they have been saying that all year. Since they launched updated version. Its clearly rubbish, ee go back to old version. Until you've fix it.
Easy to use, good app but shame I can not get it on my tablet anymore. Take that back just updated done everything it said now won't confirm my mobile number to continue. I had to un install it then reinstall now back to normal.
Yet again not working such a useless app from a useless network money hungry wastes of space. Bring back the good old T Mobile days. EE sucks!
EE or Orange as they were known have always had a glitchy web site and this app is not working. No wonder it has such bad ratings.
Stupid provider ! When I try to register it says confirm number but it's proceeding after that keeps on asking confirm number. As usual junk fellows give scripted reply in support forums. Worst provider
Earlier I said "It works quite well on my mobile but wont update itself on my tablet... I cant login to the old version so ee, pls help me", but now it updates, so should work now
