Why? Just why? Downloaded as EE were pushing me to do so, but it won't load. I thought it might be a good way to keep a track of my upgrade port (straight forward EE monthly to EE monthly), but apparently the app devs are about as talented as the port / upgrade team. Fo' shame.
The home screen was better before The data allowance wheel was the best thing about the home page. It was one of the reasons I actually use this app. I could actually tell how much data I had left in reference to how long I had left of the month. Now the bar showing my data allowance is less useful unless you add a bar underneath with how far into the month I am. I know you can look at the wheel by pressing the bar but why not just keep the wheel on the homepage? The data wheel was so much more useful on the homepage
Out of date.... slow clapp (N6P) "The version of the My EE app you are using is out of date." We'll guys, it's the latest one you offer. Can't believe that after so many years of app development you still can't write an app that even loads! P45 time, kids.
Completely goosed This app has always been buggy, especially around updates but it's a spectacular fail this time. On opening it says the app is out of date but there is no update available. Tried reinstalling - same problem. I'd give it a minus score of it were possible. LGG4
Terrible! Completely inaccessible because it lags and crashes. UPDATE: app was updated on 2/6/16, and while it actually opens and you can log in now, good luck doing anything else. Still lags or is completely unresponsive. Unusable! 2nd UPDATE: 25/7/16 still broken. App opens and shows current usage etc, but page is always frozen and the only thing you can do is force close it.
Pile of rubbish Update: Just had a new update to this app as of 21.7.16 it's still a bag of crap.As my title says, not a lot to add. Won't even load, crashes on load screen. Galaxy S5, latest O/S. Time to drop EE at the end of my contract.
Some of our customers are finding that when they open the app, they only see the EE logo. If you're one of them, you'll need to delete and re-install the app. We're working hard to fix this so it should be sorted soon. Sorry for the trouble.
