Absolute pile of sh*t Doesn't Allow me to add any add ons from the app. Only takes me to webpage which doesn't work. It takes credit off when I try to buy add on via webpage but doesn't give me the sodding add-on. The old style app was far better where u can actually buy add ons etc straight from it instead of it taking u to the webpage that don't work. Are My EE actually gonna look at these reviews and realise what a pile of cack this app is now??
Ee mobile app What was a perfectly working app, is now a complete waist of time only thing it shows is balance and when to top up. Can't top up using app just loads to a blank Web page. So well done ee, you have gone from 5 stars to 1, I would give zero but it won't let me 😠
New version! Needs to backtrack I can get the info but they are trying to put too much info on one page. Very disappointed with this so-called 'update'. Completely disgusted. The screen prints do not represent what shows up on my phone in any way whatsoever. Absolute rubbish. Looks like it's configured to iphone only. Did I make it clear? I AM NOT IMPRESSED.
Worst app ever It's probably the worst app of a mobile operator that I've ever seen. Shame on you EE. EDIT: I'm disgusted. They have updated the UI of the app, that now is better. BUT, now it doesn't let you do ANYTHING in the app, it always redirects to the mobile webpage. And the app 99% of times fails to login thanks to the new useless pin. SUCH A SHAME.
Why do EE insist on 14 different logins for all your accounts? Mobile and home broadband, different logins, why can't we just control our accounts from one login? The updated app makes you login AGAIN, why couldn't you just update the app and log us in again, like every other app does? This is why I tick the 'keep me logged in' I can't be fussed with having to remember the 853 passwords we're supposed to have for every online account we have.
what a way to ruin a functional (albeit highly buggy) app. Fire your developers, or maybe just stop ruining things. Links to online top up don't work, in previous versions this could be done in app. Seriously, how anyone could release something so half assed is beyond comprehension.
