• Make payments to new and existing payees, or move money between your account
• Check your business account balances and transactions, all in one place
• View and download sterling current and savings accounts statements
• Generate codes to log on, make payments or authorise changes on Business Internet Banking desktop with the In-app Digital Security Device to
• Pay cheques into your eligible HSBC account in-app (fees and limits apply)
• Manage your cards, view your pin, block/ unblock cards, and report your cards lost/stolen (primary users only)
• Access the app on up to 3 devices
• Get 24/7 support from our in-app Chat Assistant or message us directly and we'll send you an alert when we reply

How to set-up the app with your business account in two steps
1. Sign up for HSBC UK Business Internet Banking. If you’re not registered, go to: www.business.hsbc.uk/en-gb/everyday-banking/ways-to-bank/business-internet-banking.
2. You’ll need a Security Device or a Security Device Replacement Code to set-up the app and log on for the first time.

Useful app to view my balance & make quick payments or transfers if needed. The issue I have is I need to be able to print off payment confirmations but there's no way of doing through the app. Also, I'd love If you'd be able to pay multiple people like the desktop version now has!

After an outage in July, this app is now only a digital pin code. can no longer access balances or make payments / transfers. I cannot contact you via the app because it does not have the functionality to do so, it has become a digital pin only, no other options to contact, deposit cheques, nothing.

Unable to open the app and deal with urgent bank transactions. It always takes a while to log in, now I am totally unable to do it. Is this ever going to be fixed? Edit: A week later and still unable to use the app on my Android and log in. How and when is this going to be fixed? Another week and still unable to log in. The worst app ever. No other option but uninstall and delete it, this time, for ever. Thank you.
