The daily meditations are all generally one of 3 or 4 types: body scan, silent mind, gratitude, breathing. Not nearly the variety of Calm with daily positive messages. But there are a great variety of other meditations. I can always mix it up with the other types of meditations focusing on specific aspects of practice (even unguided, timed ones). The variety of topics makes this app really good. And so much less expensive than apps like Calm and 10% Happier. Give it a try! It's worth it!

This app is good enough, but too costly for me; I'm on a fixed income, so can't afford it. The meditations are great; very calming & soothing. Female voice gently & softly guides you step by step. Meditation times are broken down into 10 minute doable chunks & time flies by! Wordless music plays quietly in the background. I like this app & intend to use it as long as I can until I have to pay for it b/c as I said it's too costly for me. If you have the dough, this app is awesome!
