After a more than a year I can confidently confirm this is still the most ineffective app! Yes, I have checked the version, updates, and connection. Uninstalled and reinstalled. Still having to manually input my fitness data (approx 11/12 months) No follow up from a technical team to try and resolve the matter. No rewards get backdated. And while I had 127 point missing, my points only went up by 31 points because part my data was in the "previous fitness yr.

Less and less every year. I'm a vitality customer since 2017 but the app is still a bit difficult to navigate (i.e. find stuff). Since they've introduced this Stanley game in the app I feel like I'm paying for a game that isn't fun and I did no want. Grinding with steps gave me motivation to go for an extra walk at the end of the day but now it is gone.

The best rewards are now locked behind a game of chance that you have to play every week of the month to be in with a chance of getting anything. Miss one week, that's the reward gone. Effectively this app is now just a button to activate the free coffee each week and the fact that is hidden behind multiple menus is enough to warrant the 1 star.

Hi Joe. Through Pick and Play, you continue to benefit from a guaranteed weekly reward for getting active. On top of this, you are guaranteed at least one reward when you ‘play’ each week and can benefit from up to two extra monthly rewards.
