Unable to make an account. The app would not save my flight information. I had to keep entering my flight number and last name to see info. For my outbound flight, I wasn't able to generate a boarding pass in app. Quite archaic in this day and age. On my return flight, I was able to generate one, except right when boarding came around, it would no longer let me access it. Really terrible user experience.

If you want to view your flight information and boarding passes, the app will prompt you to enter the flight booking number and your last name. However, the app is then very slow to load the information. Once my info loaded, I could not find a way to view my boarding passes and had to check in "manually" at the desk at my gate. There is a tab on the app for boarding passes but clicking this will display text reading "no saved boarding passes". Very unintuitively designed app.

Don't even bother downloading this app. It's absolutely useless, necessary functions like viewing your reservation is non-existent. I booked a flight for my daughter and myself Boston- Rome and they have lost my daughter's reservation completely. 4 phone calls later they still haven't found it, each time they tell me to call back tomorrow but nothing changes. My credit card is charged, I have receipts, reservation confirmations, emails and screenshots and they still can't find the ticket.
