The worst customer service also the "TECHNICAL DEPARTMENT" isn't that technical at all. I have had an issue losing my phone and Sim. I have no way of getting my old number back because I bought my chip from the roadside. I have emailed and message on whatsapp about 3 months. Every day, they say the issue is being escalated, and they still want more identification. To all users, be careful when sending in your documents because sometimes there are warning signs that we disregard. Worst app ever

At first this app was great , I could use it yo pay for things, to send people credit, basically anything you want but then the app started to give some problems, it would often glitch and when you go on it,it tells you to go to playstore or something like that and sometimes when you go on it, it will tell you that you don't have a network connection when you do and ur connection works perfectly .Overall, this is a great app but it just needs a little editing and upgrading to fix these issues.

The application itself is a great idea... Just make sure you don't need to contact customer support for anything because it's non-existent. I contacted them, used their WhatsApp chat feature with no response, only to get an automated email 12 hours later apologizing for their late response. I even got two of those emails referring to me by another person's name.
