Not sure these crazy issues other people are experiencing with this app, but my experience has been positive. I can withdraw, cash in, cash out etc from my account to other banks. The only thing needs to be improved is cashing out at ATMs. For this to be effective it needs to be easier in terms of scanning barcodes etc which takes a lot of time. However, with the debit card Lynk promises to give customers it should ease this problem.

Useless! I forgot my pin and the app won't allow me to reset it. Reached out to customer service by their email sent everything they asked for and its been almost 9 months since this has been happening. All they do is keep sending me auto generated emails about my issue has been escalated and I will be contacted soon as soon as a solution is applied every week. I have to e-mail them cursing and then they will reach out stating ensure you're using the latest version of the app & I am always

Unreliable system. It fails to recognize the QR codes at the ATMs and often experiences technical difficulties, making it not a dependable source for access to finances. It's a fantastic concept and would be a great convenience if it worked.
