The worst customer service also the "TECHNICAL DEPARTMENT" isn't that technical at all. I have had an issue losing my phone and Sim. I have no way of getting my old number back because I bought my chip from the roadside. I have emailed and message on whatsapp about 3 months. Every day, they say the issue is being escalated, and they still want more identification. To all users, be careful when sending in your documents because sometimes there are warning signs that we disregard. Worst app ever

This app is full of bugs. The biggest of them all being that if you uninstalled it and reinstalled it, the app will try to verify your identity again, which it does by taking a video of your face and comparing it to your ID that they already have BUT the BUG is that it doesn't give you the option to video your face again INSTEAD it just BARS you from using all of the features and tells you we're verifying your identity. It has been more than a year and many installs later and still no fix.

Don't ever use this app for withdrawal or deposit. It's been nice using this app since launch,but when I made a deposit on the 23 of april, I was told to wait 5 days to get back my money. The amount is 90k, and until today, I can't receive that cash. The customer care has been telling me that they don't know when I'll be getting back the money because they have to wait on a special team for answers before I can get back my money and from that until now it's almost been a month and counting.
