The App always crashes or doesn't work. Worst app I've ever encountered, especially one with potential to be very handy. Sometimes I get it to work when I restart my phone. I wish they'd fix the ticket checker and VIP club scanner. (Update) 12/01/2023, the App is working a whole lot better now. I changed my review to four stars. The ticket checker and VIP scanner works like it should. It also gives you a beeping sound when you scan your ticket which is a nice touch. It doesn't crash now.

Worked fine for a bit with the scanning issues others have mentioned. There was a great deal of unnecessary backing out of menus to scan new tickets. At least it worked. As far as I can tell latest update fubarred the scanning. I now receive an error that my device is not supported. I have Note 20 Ultra. Hard to fathom why this device wouldn't be supported.

Thank you for updating the app. There are still issues, but it it better. When checking tickets, the barcode at the bottom right of the screen used to go right back to the scanner. Now you have to back out & go back into it. There are also extra steps to enter & scan tickets. When you tap the scan icon, you should not have to tap it again in order to scan the ticket, it should do it automatically. But it is better than the old app
