Put in a transfer to our bank from openbank for money we needed by the end of the year. Two days later they cancelled the transfer, didn't notify us, and locked our account. After an hour on the phone they said it was because it was suspicious, sorry about that, but my account was locked and it would be a few days wait to unlock it and then I can try the transfer again and then it might take a week to transfer, maybe. They give a good rate because you can't have that money back.

Tried applying twice using different ID documents and got denied twice. No reason given, no contact info. They just say to try applying again. It's infuriating. The application asks for a ton of documentation, but does not even ask how many funds you'd be putting in. I have never been denied by any financial institution, have an 800+ credit score and wanted to put more than 100k in. But I guess I'm not good enough for them...

App crashes on open. Cache and storage cleared and reinstalled. Completely unable to access the account. App needs to be rock solid as it is the only way to control the account. Account has been locked, unable to reset password. Funds completely inaccessible. Needing to call support for any account action for an online bank. What a joke.
