Created an account online, gave them all my personal financial details, including routing and account numbers for external account, was all set to fund the account, downloaded the app on my phone, and it DOES NOT WORK. Complete waste of my time. I'll open an account with a different bank instead. DO NOT TRUST THEM. Probably just a scam to get your private financial information.

All the institutions that I deal with use 2 way verification either via SMS or email. Openbank uses push notifications. This could be OK, but I did not receive all of them...had to try multiple times... When I confirmed the push notification, I was directed to open the app, password and verify, and only then I could use my laptop. Something about LOGIC...When a customer wants to use the laptop, it means that he does NOT want to use the app..so, why am I forced to use the app?

Looks like this app has major flaws and I am wondering why a major bank has no resources to fix it. My experience: I tried the app on my Motorola 5g and received all the above mentioned error messages.Absolutely nothing works. Then I installed on a Samsung S 24 and everything worked like a charm. Very confusing but it seems to be that the cellphone used is the major key. But still a shame for an international bank to publish such a faulty app.
