Mediocre. When I deposit checks, and the app wants to take a photo of the back of the check, the app displays a message about signing the check that blocks the view of the check. How dumb is that? Also, it often doesn't work photographing checks for deposits. If you want to speak with a human to find what's wrong, the app will waste your precious time until you give up. App also does an awful job recognizing fingerprints for login.

For an international banking company, their app is pretty bad. The app works fine itself, but only when it feels like cooperating. The thing is it crashes often, and sometimes won't let you log in at all because the app is "temporarily unavailable" whatever that means. Doesn't seem like they put much money/time/effort into it, just the bare minimum of a banking app that only sometimes manages to work properly.

Why do you need access to my phone in order to remember my username?? I'm so sick of this app not working! It's been years and i still have the same issues. Occasionally it works fine, but i can't login more than 50% of the time. (and even when i can login, some features never work) I've switched over to a new bank and their app works fine. 15 years with this bank, but it's time for a new one!
