Nice app. Love mobile deposit and billpay. Picture taking of checks way to touchy many times have taken front of checks twice that needs fixed or make check imaging manual this would make it five stars. It would be nice to see your feedback to keep customer assured of security.
The review would be higher if the "deposit check" feature actually worked. It's soooo clunky. Also, the app says I have $ in the account before it's actually in there, which lets you guys pump up your "unavailable funds" fees at the expense of your customers. Not a great app for not a great bank.
I've been using the app for about a year. It's ok. Santander which was "Sovereign" came a long way. Slowly improving. Fingerprint log in would be a plus.
It works well for me. I can check my balances and make easy transfers. I don't have to go to the bank to make deposits for my mother - that's huge! I think the photo is a bit fast when doing a mobile deposit, sometime I have to redo the photo because it is unclear or not centered. So far no major issue for me. It would be nice if we could reorder checks for the app!
Check deposit implementation is moronic. To the developers: Get rid of the automatic photo of front/back. It's too fast. It takes several tries to take clear photos of the check.
Does what it says it does. Have never had issues with mobile check deposit. Have used it only perhaps 2 or 3 times however. Giving it only four stars because ive notices it IS a little unresponsive at times.
