Manage your money anywhere, any time with the Santander Business Banking app. It’s fast, simple, and convenient. You can use the app to check real-time balances, make transfers between your accounts, pay bills, and deposit checks.

The app is free to Santander Bank customers in the United States with a Business Online & Mobile Banking account.

Business banking is better than ever with these enhanced app features:

Account Management
• Log in to the app using your Online Organization ID, User ID, and Password.
• Forgot your Password? No problem: Reset with the app.
• Check real-time balances without logging in with the Quick Balance feature.
• Make transfers between your business and personal accounts. Restrictions apply. Please see the Digital Banking Agreement for Business Online and Mobile Banking for details.
• View recent activity on your business accounts and monthly statements.
• Manage Paperless settings and modify payees.

Stay Secure
• Log in with just your fingerprint or face recognition. If you share your device with others, please note that any fingerprints stored on your device may be used to log in to Santander Business Mobile Banking and access your account.
• Deposit checks in a snap, with simplified check deposit flow, camera enhancements, and step-by-step instructions. Mobile deposits are subject to limits and other restrictions. Please see the Digital Banking Agreement for Business Online and Mobile Banking for details.

• Schedule and authorize payments.
• Pay eBills.

• Contact Santander Customer Service with one-touch calling.

If you're looking for a banking app that will intermittently not work with your biometric login, making you type in your password, this is the app for you. If you're looking for a business bank that won't accept Zelle or enable other American banks to take payments from their account. This is the one to get. Personally I'd rather pay chase a monthly fee and have a normal business account. My last month with this EU garbage.

2023: this is way better than it was but my app shuts down and makes me log in again everytime I try to deposit a check. So if I have 5 checks to deposit, I get kicked off after each check and have to log in 5 different times. I've checked for updates and reinstalled the app - no improvement. 2017: one star. Always very slow. Took me twenty minutes to deposit three checks today. I hate this bank more and more each day.

Completely unusable when trying to do mobile deposits. Can't easily capture check image and I have to keep trying until it does so. Now multiply this procees by the X amount of checks that I need to deposit and it becomes an awful experience. UPDATE: AUGUST 8, 2024 THIS APPLICIATION IS PLAIN UNUSABLE! I HAVE TWO DAYS TRYING TO DEPOSIT CHECKS!!!! AND THE APPLICATION REFUSES TO TAKE THE CHECKS!! IM TALKING ABOUT BUISNESS CHECKS!! DO YOU UNDERSTAND THE DAMAGE YOU ARE CAUSING!!!
