1 star. Probably less if it was possible. Support takes literally weeks to solve an issue. Twice now they have supposedly "paid" me too much and I had to pay that back....which seems like a problem on their end since my funds are only available once I earn them. My account gets randomly paused and takes weeks to get it unpaused. Support asks the same question repeatedly after already getting the response. I deleted the app. Horrible!

Great app for instant pay Rain has been a really helpful app for me! I love being able to access my earned wages when I need them instead of having to wait until payday. The app is easy to use, and having that flexibility can make a big difference when unexpected expenses come up. I’ve had a good experience with Rain and would definitely recommend it to anyone whose employer offers it. It gives me a little more control over my money and helps take some of the stress out of waiting for payday!

Customer service is horrible. No phone number to contact anyone for support. Only support is through email and it takes 24hrs to receive a response. I have been emailing back and forth for 3 days just to get my phone number changed so I can access the app. Still no resolution. This is something simple that should be resolved quickly. About to just delete the app altogether. Very frustrated customer. The reply I get will be "please email us so we can resolve your issue" I have been for 3 days!
