Can't print transactions or export history as pdf anymore, which s*cks. I know mobile is the fancy trend but when I log in on a PC, I expect to be able to manage my accounts in a "normal" way. I don't want and don't need a mobile interface when I use a PC. The old web interface, while not pretty, functioned perfectly. Why do you need to scrap it and replace it with something that lacks the most basic functionalities?

I do not root my phone but the app shows error message that it was rooted and not allowed me to log in. It just happened a few days ago. I tried to re-install but does not work. I also turned off the developer option in the phone setting or the dubugger function but does not work. Terrible experience. PS: developer team asked me to contact call center, turned out it conflicts with Mi Home app. Still waiting for update. 10 days passed and I still cannot log into the app.

- The app's feedback option is extremely hard to write. Instead of staying above the keyboard, it hid under it. I couldn't see what I have typed and had to fix many times. - Automatically log out when I have not done writing feedback. So I have to write here. - I couldn't pay my flight tickets via techcombank visa card. I have called them many times and they have guaranteed me the card is fine, which it wasn't. I had to pay with my other card. - The staffs who I called wasn't very helpful.
