Ratings and reviews

It used to work fine, but for some reason, the menu bar is gone. All of the actions I could take like transferring shares, checking my account information, or even accessing the FAQ are now inaccessible. Companies should be expected to confirm a working product before releasing an update, especially when it involves people's money!!! They'll still let you sell your shares as long as they get their cut...

Every review is about not being able to sign in to the app. I just downloaded it for the 1st time -- andoq and behold, I get an error message -- a 'generic error message' that states you cannot complete this process and to contact plan administrator -- and I'm just trying to create an account. I can't believe you would put out such an unstable app and not send feedback to those trying to use it. Shame on you for such a bad product!!

Their year tracking is April to March. Very deceptive, and it does not clarify anywhere. If you are adjusting your amounts to maximize the associate match, please note the information provided in the app is not a true representation of your account. Do not rely on the app to give you relevant data, and please remember they charge $25 for each account action such as selling.
