Switching to a new phone is extremely inconvenient. My old phone broke and suddenly I can't do anything. The app on the new phone does not let me register (the process just doesn't work). With SMS password confirmation it would be much easier. But I can't switch to it, since the operation requires a confirmation in the app on my old phone! Very frustrating!

After most recent update it is totally unusable - it is impossible to log on. I tried to uninstall and install it twice already but that didn't help either. After an attempt of setting up PIN it says "unknown problem occured" and that's the game over for me. I have a Google Pixel 6a phone (Android). What is the most annoying thing is that even though it is unusable it turns on the mobile verification which makes me unable to log on to my account. I'll have to call to CS to swith it back to SMS.

I can't activate the app on pixel 7 pro. Seems an activation SMS text missing some characters in the end of the message. When I contacted bank support via email they say I need to login first so they can help, but i can't login without activating the app

In the latest version of the app, you will find a new section Documents and agreement, where you can find all your agreement, annexes, letters, and other documents regarding your products in our bank. Until now, they were available only in online banking.
