It's good and does what's needed. Also has nice features that makes banking easy, like my pockets, the ability to share transations, etc. However there are several minor annoying issues. Proof of payment never goes through, found out today you cannot review purchased lotto/powerball tickets until the next day... so you cannot compare your ticket while watching live, notifications also never go away, etc.

Useless. Always "something went wrong" or initialization issues. Can not make payment. No assistance on the message option. Don't reply telling me to email you with more information. Why then is this information collected automatically anyway? No worries. Just going to go to another bank after fifteen years.

Hi, Johan. You will see a ‘something's wrong’ or 'initialization 'message when there is an error with launching the app. This could be network-related – please try again when the Money app has internet connection. You can restart your device to refresh the signal or switch from mobile data to Wi-Fi or vice versa.

Eversince updating the app a month ago I've been experiencing a problem. When I log onto the app it does not show me my account from which all my banking typically operates from including debit orders and transactions. There wouldn't be any reason for me to have this app if I cannot keep track of all the transactions on my account. I have already called twice and the problem was logged in and transferred to your digital team, however I haven't gotten any response yet. It is really frustrating.

This version update contains some bug fixes and introduces multiple client experience enhancements, including a new look and feel to our investment product offerings, and the ability to pay for various prepaid products, vouchers, licence renewals and traffic fines using a Membership rewards account.
