What a useless app. the app hardly ever works. It seems the only purpose of the app is as an online shopping app! Everytime I want to review the balances on my accounts the icon just turns. I went into a Vodacom shop yesterday and they uninstalled and reinstalled the app. It only worked for the day. same problem this morning!!! honestly feels more like a gambling app trying to sell every special that there is. I just want to know my balances and buy airtime or data when I want!!

Now totally useless. It comes pre-installed on Mobicel P12 Plus as a system app. Works in no way. Cannot update it, fails. All apps working accept Vodapay. Always "network error"! Tried everything, cleared cache, data, unrestricted data access, nothing works. Used it many years on previous devices, now it's totally useless. Mobicel P12 Plus runs Android 15.

Your automated response to go to Facebook, Twitter and the like does not help me at all. My issue is with the download on Google play not accessible to all mobile smart phones and/or models. Instagram won't sort out my issue on Google play? "Suddenly, it is not compatible, nor readily available on other devices. Should this really be an issue to be able to use this app,when your USSD forces one to use vodapay app, which does not allow all devices, so pointless, forceful and disappointing..."
