Ratings and reviews

I preferred the old My Vodacom App. This one doesn't work as well, many loading errors, loads of unnecessary new stuff added that takes storage, logs me out every few days so now I have to remember another pin (and get an OTP every time to log in) as where the old app just had a password I had to use every few weeks or months. I can't buy data if I don't have data, so that's very pointless. Old app had a lot less hassles and was very simple and user friendly to navigate.

I find it very unnecessary to sign in with a private pin AND then still have to wait for an OTP. The app is difficult to navigate compared to the old Vodacom app (there are so many extra steps to take to get to a very easy transaction which did not occur in the old Vodacom app) . The data prices are exorbitant and there are hardly ever any good data deals/ promotions.

Managed to install it today, not sure what changed. Will change my rating once I've used the app for a while, for now a 4. Can't install it. It downloads, but then I just get a message that says "Can't install VodaPay" after a while. Tried 3 times, no luck. Thought it might be Play Store, but I can install other apps (I checked). I'll buy airtime through my banking app.
