Been struggling with the Vodapay app since My Vodacom became obsolete - so slow I am having to resort to using USSD. I updated my app thinking it might help, but it's even slower. In theory it's a great app. There is a possibility that the slowness is due to network/coverage issues, which we have had in our area for years, but it's so frustrating paying high prices for services and then having to run around waving one's device in the air to try find signal. Sadly it just seems to get worse.

Bring back the old app. Can't use airtime to buy, slaw as hell and can't stop crashing. Maybe reduce the amount of animations and push for what people want. Fast, quick and simple. Also the options are useless to me. No I don't want data and YouTube, I just want data. Useless "4you" options on the page is empty yet at the top there is 3. At this point the USSD (*111#) is better

Sho, and I thought the previous Vodacom app was bad. This app is absolutely terrible. Popups blocking selectable items, so you can't select them. App crashes or services are simply not available. Keep getting error messages. And the app is more complicated than the previous app. Takes much longer to get things done than the previous app. Just an overall poor experience. This is the kind of thing that would drive me to a different network.
