Ratings and reviews

I find it very unnecessary to sign in with a private pin AND then still have to wait for an OTP. The app is difficult to navigate compared to the old Vodacom app (there are so many extra steps to take to get to a very easy transaction which did not occur in the old Vodacom app) . The data prices are exorbitant and there are hardly ever any good data deals/ promotions.

Terrible app, you guys really need to have a serious sit down with your development team because wow, everytime i think it cant get any worse they somehow manage to find a way to show me that it definitely can. The app is full of bugs and glitches, this app actually uses a ridiculous amount of data compared to other networks, haven't received much assistance from staff either. Been a customer for +-10 years now and I've never been more disappointed in Vodacom.

Edited 16/01/2025. This app still sucks. Spent 30 mins trying to find out when my contracts are expiring. Still looking edited 16 dec 2025. still does not work cannot access list of lines so I can buy airtime for one of my lines. I have full signal on the device I am using. I have data on the same device. I have restarted phone. reset the network. and still nit working.
