Ratings and reviews

I cannot find how to input a new review so I update the old one: I have problem logging in using singpass, at least need 2 or more attempts. Latest problem is making payments using dbs card. Dbs changed from otp to push notifications by tapping the approve button but although it show authentication successful but transaction didn't get through. Same problems happened with Health Hub.

Unable to log in using Singpass for the past month. Either the QR just stay as is or be directed to a blank page. Used to be working like a charm and this happen. 2nd time I encounter this problem. No wonder patients prefer to go to the polyclinics/hospitals to have all their services done on the spot.

Dumb app prompts for payer n credit card details even after SingPass verification n saved credit card, every time! Months later.....still no change, broken payment system, more convenient to do it at their physical kiosks....sigh
