越南投資方興未艾
越南是台商在東協各個國家中，最積極佈局的國家之一，從1988年至今，台灣以3.6億美元的投資，名列第六，尚不計台商透過境外控股公司等方式間接投資越南。Covid-19 雖然衝擊越南今年第一季外資投資額（85.5億美金），較上季同期減少約20%，然而整體工業區投資詢問度仍高，且成交價格並未下修。值得注意的是，從去年受美中貿易戰影響， 中國企業投資越南的力度加快加大，2020年前4月，中國在越南收購越南企業股份案總計557件，總合資金額為2.3億美元，較2019年同期增加38%。
縱觀越南未來投資優勢，包括政府防疫成效佳經濟復甦較快、口紅利在東協國家排行第三、積極加入各個經貿協定，目前已與14個國家地區簽訂FTA等條件。同樣的，經濟高度仰賴外貿、本地勞工專業技術與供應鏈尚未完善、勞動與土地成本高漲、環保與勞工保障法令趨嚴等風險，亦是台商投資越南時，需綜合審慎評估的因素。
