About this ebook

I’m falling.

Faster.

Further.

Deeper.

Sometimes you fall so hard you can’t get back up. My closest companions now are shame and loss. But a sliver of hope lies in the only person I have left in this world – the one who’s growing inside me.

Survival becomes living again because of my child, and the town where I begin anew. That’s where I meet the man who starts to melt the ice inside my heart.

As we get closer, reminders of my past become sharper. Clearer. To confront the pain, I have to discover what’s deep down inside me. Is there enough left there to become whole again, or am I too wounded to heal?

Perfect for readers of Melissa Foster, Lexi Ryan and Marie Force.

This is my first time reading a book from this author and I will definitely be reading the rest of her books. This book hooked me in from the start by making me cry with what Ivy's dad did to her. It then changed to laughing and becoming emotionally invested in Ivy and Reed's happily ever after! Ivy was lucky to find people like April, Margie and Gene who at the beginning were there to help and support her when she needed it the most. Then later on her special friendship, interaction and connection with Walter. They became a family in their own way thus showing family isn't always blood related and anyone can form their own special family.

I found this book gripping. I could not put it down. I was angry at first with the way Ivy lived in denial almost, but slowly she faced many of her demons. It took her long enough to finally face her father, but when she did it set her free. It is a powerful story, a realistic read, I would recommend it and give it 5 stars

This is a very good book , it might be considered fiction , But I promise you this will hit home to many women . These women will carry these emotional scares the rest of their lives. The overwhelming guilt never leaves your side. You will always wonder what you could do to prevent it. I really appreciate the opportunity to find a new Author that knows how to tell it like it is. This book is the very best I have ever read on this subject . Thank you very much for writing this book I highly recommend .
