I didn’t expect him to move me in with him or that living with him and his daughter would feel more like home than my empty cabin.

I’m beginning to understand the hype around single dads when the unexpected happens and turns our whole friendship upside down.

I have been in love with Luna since we were teenagers, but we have only ever been friends. That said I’d do anything to protect her, from anyone, including myself.

With the mayor’s wife plotting another one of her schemes to bring new people to town, who knows who could be behind this break in but I plan to find out.

I rally the other mountain men and what I find is enough to stop us all in our tracks…
