La malattia Dowling-Degos, o anomalia reticolare della pigmentazione delle pieghe di flessione, è una genodermatosi rara a trasmissione autosomica dominante, descritta da Dowling e Freudenthal nel 1938 e successivamente da Degos e Ossipowski nel 1954, che si caratterizza per una curiosa iperpigmentazione e per un complesso di manifestazioni cutanee apparentemente non omogenee, che comprendono anche quelle conosciute in passato come acropigmentazione reticolare di Kitamura.
