Wow, this was an installment written after my own heart. Darker, intensive, thrilling, unforgettable. What a great book to read, especially for those of us who love twists and turns in a good suspense story! Carly’s still trying to take Bart Drummond down, but when a murder hits closer to home than she’d have expected, her heart breaks, and she investigates to find the killer. But what if he’s not Drummond at all but rather someone else, someone unexpected? This series keeps getting better and better, although I don’t know how that is even possible. A masterwork to devour.
