This book is a balance of varities of breakfast ideas ranging from low calorie to multi-nutrient and quick breakfast to tiffin recipes. ....also follows a horde of juices and milkshakes to make our breakfast a complete morning meal...well designed with recipes showing a health corner too....am sure to gear up nutrients with these recipes....
