I read the authors Web page and several of his articles were very well researched and informative. His book on the other hand is not well organized at all. It's informative but just not a compelling read. I'm having a hard time picking it back up to finish and I was initially very motivated to take on more of a paleo lifestyle.

Very informative and extremely interesting to those who like to look behind the curtain and break the information down into the why and the how. I appreciated having all the explanations without a huge section of recipes I will never use!

An extremely fantastic book chalked full of important health facts, reports & case studies, patient case stories, links & further reading tips, proper diet information, delves into physiological, psychological & sociological issues, et al. I would have purchased this book, for ten times the amount than is being retailed at.
